The Aislers Set
In 2006 i began working with Linton, of The Aislers Set. I was asked to contribute to an acoustic set
of Aislers Set songs, for a benefit for the Sylvia Rivera Law Project at Northsix in Brooklyn. I continued
working with Linton on some of their new songs and later that year joined them on the first leg of tour
in Scandanavia, opening for The Ladybug Transistor. Linton and I continued to work together in New York,
performed at Union Hall in early 2007, and Linton was brave enough to do any Aislers Set show at
the Lompoc in Bar Harbor, Maine with me later that year. Although Linton and I mostly get together
to play music for fun these days, there are some great new songs in the works for a project that
has yet to be determined...more on that later.
